I remember when I first moved into a new condo, looking at the empty place, and wondering what was the best steps to optimize the space. From planning out where to get your furniture, assembling the many parts of the furniture, then the best part, relaxing after a hard day’s work of chores on a new bed instead of a pile of blankets! After the furniture was put into place, the final touch is necessary which is adding simple decorations to enrich the environment. Here are some tips to decorate a new condo.

1. Pillowcases And Blankets

Having pillowcases and blankets can change how the room looks and can add that extra comfort/coziness to the living room space. Having different colors, textures, or patterns that complement each other creates a good design for the home. Not to mention, your guests will appreciate the comfort of your home also. 

2. Having plants in certain areas of a room to increase our moods. 

Not only are plants good for a decoration idea, they help eliminate toxins, reduce stress, and also enhance the overall space.

2. Adding art to the room. This will add flair to your living space, add colors to amplify the surrounding space, and wall decor is a great way to show guests that you appreciate art. Look for art that creates the mood you are going for: a vibrant living space can include having abstract art with bright colors. A modern home can have simple line art with neutral colors to not draw in too much attention but still create a cozy living space. 3. A great way to help enrich the environment is to surround yourself with what you find appealing, inspiring, or even uplifting. Focus on what you are interested in and have areas in the room to create that mood. For instance, if you wanted to have a more productive time at the study table, consider having motivational quotes on the wall, creating a desk space with office supplies, and organizing your table to get as much work done as possible. Remember that a cluttered desk leads to a cluttered mind!
